Editors become scholars' is essential tendency for developing excellent academic journals. After they have autonomously done research for the need of works during a long-term, the editors will become scholars finally. Developing journals depended on experts and scholars is not only an efficient way of solving the lack of editors, but also a long-term strategic step for developing good journals. Opening to academic field is the only way of reforming the journal of universities.
