由于暴恐事件具有行为暴力和危害严重等特点,边防官兵在现场必须快速进行处置,而这需要官兵具有瞬时正反应能力。瞬时正反应能力包括快速战术技能、敏捷思维能力、心理应激能力和瞬时信息捕捉能力。提高瞬时正反应能力,必须加强快速战术动作、小组模拟对抗和心理预警应激等方面的训练。

Behavioral violence and serious hazards of terrorist attacks call for quick on-site response on the part of the frontier officers and soldiers, who are expected to be equipped with instantaneous positive reaction capability, including quick tactical skills, quick thinking, psychological stress reaction capability and information capturing capability. Enhancement of officers and soldiers' instantaneous positive reaction capability calls for intensified training in quick tactical operation, simulation confrontation and psychological warning stress.
