On Administrative Governance by Law in Transformational Society——Reviews of 2014 Guangxi Association of Administrative Law Studies Academic Seminar

广西行政法学研究会2014年学术研讨会的主题是"转型社会中的行政法治"和"行政法实施中的问题与对策"。与会专家学者以广西的实际情况为立足点,针对新时期行政法实施中暴露的问题,提出了大量具有建设性的解决意见,深入分析了转型社会的特点、行政法治建设的路径、行政法实施中产生问题的原因、解决的方案。

The theme for 2014 Guangxi Association of Administrative Law Studies Academic Seminar is on Administrative Governance by Law in Transformational Society and Problems in Administrative Law Implementation and the Countermeasures. Based on the practical situations of Guangxi, and the problems exposed in administrative law implementation, the professors and scholars participating in the seminar suggest a good many solutions, and take up in-depth analysis of the characteristics of transformational society, the approaches for construction of administrative governance by law as well as the reasons and solutions to the problems in administrative law implementation.
