柳州打击食品药品犯罪工作存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems in Crack down on the Food and Drug Crimes and Corresponding Countermeasures

食品药品安全直接关乎群众的生命健康,是社会各界高度关注的热点问题。近年来,柳州市公安机关在打击食品药品犯罪、维护群众饮食用药安全方面取得了较好成效,同时也遇到一些制约工作健康发展的突出问题。结合当前柳州市危害食品药品安全犯罪形势及柳州公安机关打击食品药品犯罪工作实践,分析该类案件安全形势、侦查办案所遇问题,并就深入推进打击食品药品犯罪工作提出建议。

Food and drug safety, which is directly connected to the life and health of the masses, is a hot issue highly concerned by different communities. Liuzhou has achieved good results in crack down on the food and drug crimes and maintenance of food and drug safety for the people. However, it is confronted with some prominent problems restricting healthy development of the work. By combining the situation of the food and drug crimes and the public security organs' practice in crack down on the food and drug crimes in Liuzhou, and analyzing the security situation of those cases as well as the problems in case investigation, the article puts forward suggestions on further promotion of crack down on the food and drug crimes.
