Research on Pilot Control Mechanism for Police-involved Public Opinions under All Media Era

全媒时代,涉警舆情具有突发性、集中性和非理性等特点,当前还存在对涉警舆情控制重视不够、控制机制不全、控制方法不当和专业人员数量少且素质不高等不足,要妥善应对和引导涉警舆情,应从规范设置、完善机制、建立队伍、搭建平台、把握重点等方面着手,进一步提升涉警舆情应对能力和水平。

Police-involved public opinions under all media era is characterized by burstiness, concentration and irrationality. Presently, there exist some defects including inadequate attention to control over police-involved public opinions, incomplete control mechanism, improper control methods, small number and low quality of the police professionals. Accordingly, appropriate guidance and response to police-involved public opinions is to further improve the responding capacity of police-involved public opinions through standard setting-up,mechanism improvement, team construction, platform establishment and the key points grasp.
