A Probe into Border Household Registration Management

边防派出所户籍管理存在法律支撑薄弱、工作任务繁重、服务职能泛化和后续配套不完善等问题,应从法律支撑、推进试点改革、强化业务培训等角度完善边防户籍管理,构建户籍管理与警务结合模式,以增进民族团结,维护国家安全。

Border household registration management is confronted with weak legal supports, onerous workload,generalized service functions and defective follow-up supporting. Efforts should be made, from the perspectives of legal supports, promotion of pilot reform and intensive business training, to improve border household registration management, develop household registration management-police service combination model with a view to enhancing national unity and national security maintenance.
