法科学生参与社区矫正路径探索

A Probe into Approaches of Law Students' Participation in Community-based Correction

法科学生参与社区矫正,有利于减轻政府的投入,提高法科学生综合素质,提升矫正对象教育改造效果。但高校对法科学生参与社区矫正重视程度不够,社区矫正机构对法科学生参与社区矫正工作作用认识不足,部分法科学生对参与社区矫正重要性认识亟待提高。高校应当加强对法科学生参与社区矫正的重视程度,社区矫正机构应主动吸收法科学生参与社区矫正,法科学生应进一步提升参与社区矫正能力。

Law students' participation in community-based correction is conductive to reduction of government's investment, improvement of comprehensive quality and education effect of correction objects. However, colleges and universities pay less attention to law students' participation in community-based correction; The community correction organizations lack knowledge of the role of law students' participation in community-based correction.Some law students' knowledge of the importance of their participation in community-based correction needs to be enhanced urgently. It is suggested that colleges and universities pay closer attention to law students' participation in community-based correction, and that law students improve their ability to participate in community-based correction.
