摘要
对恐怖主义犯罪现状的客观描摹,是研究恐怖主义犯罪成因以及制定科学、合理的反恐对策的基础。恐怖主义犯罪并非当代社会的独有现象,而是经过了历史演进,不断更新、变化与进化的结果。在历史岁月的漫漫长河之中,恐怖主义犯罪曾衍生出纷繁复杂、千奇百怪的具体形式与样态。当代恐怖主义犯罪既承袭了古代恐怖主义的传统,又深深根植于现代社会的矛盾与冲突之中,从而与历史上的恐怖主义展现出既有联系又有区别的特色。
Objective depiction of international terrorism crimes status is the base for reseach on the causes of the international terrorism crimes and formulation of scientific and rational countermeasures against terrorism.Terrorism crimes is not an exclusive phenomenon in the modern society but an attribute to the historical evolution, constant update, change and evolution of the modern society. In the long history development,international terrorism crimes breed numerous and complicated specific strange forms and shapes. The modern terrorism crimes inherites the tradition of the ancient terrorism and are deeply rooted in the the contradictions and conflicts of modern society as well, and thus represents both connection and difference with the previous terrorism.
