摘要
目前,警察这个特殊的职业群体与其他行业相比工作压力更大。潜在的压力源种类多,这些压力源中绝大部分是与警察这个职业的特殊性密切相关。要缓解警察的压力,不仅要落实一些传统的常规性措施,学习借鉴企业的服务与管理理念,还要不断创新方式方法,以缓解警察压力。
The police face greater pressure as a special occupational group compared with other industries. The variety of pressure sources are, for the most part, closely related with the particularity of the police profession.The release of the police's pressure calls for implementation of some traditional routine measures, reference to enterprises' service and management concepts and constant innovation of working approaches with a view to easing the police's pressure.
