摘要
心理机制在公安院校隐性忠诚教育过程中具有潜隐性、渗透性、间接性和持久性等特征。公安院校要遵循大学生忠诚品德生成和发挥作用的心理规律,运用心理机制开展隐性忠诚教育,以增强教育的科学性、针对性和实效性。
Psychological mechanism is recessive, permeable, indirect and persistent in the course of implicit faithfulness education in police academies. Police academies are expected to follow the psychological law of college students' faithfulness formation and use psychological mechanism to perform recessive faithfulness education with a view to enhancing scientificity, pertinence and effectiveness of education.
