中国—东盟背景下广西高校《刑法》课程实践性教学初探

A Discussion on Practical Teaching of Criminal Law Course in Colleges and Universities in Guangxi under China-ASEAN Background

随着中国—东盟国际合作不断向纵深推进,广西高校在法学人才培养方面面临着与时俱进的时代机遇。实践性教学在《刑法》课程的教学中具有重要价值,但广西高校的《刑法》课程在教学定位、教学方法等方面存在不足,尤其是没有针对新环境的需求做出必要的实践性回应。通过找准课程定位、改善教学基础资源、加强师资队伍建设以及完善实践性教学评价体系等手段,有利于解决广西高校《刑法》课程实践性教学存在的诸多问题。

With the in-depth development of China-ASEAN international cooperation, colleges and universities in Guangxi face the opportunity of progressing with the times in terms of law talent cultivation. Practical teaching turns to be of great significance in Criminal Law course teaching. However, Criminal Law course in colleges and universities in Guangxi witnesses dificient teaching orientation and teaching methods, especially absece of necessary practical response to the needs of new environment. Accurate orientation of course, improvement of teaching basic resources, enhancement of teaching staff construction and improvement of practical teaching evaluation system are conductive to solution to various problems in practical teaching of Criminal Law course in colleges and universities in Guangxi.
