培养治安学专业实战型应用人才,是公安院校为适应社会发展的需求在教学改革上作出的努力。为实现这一目标,治安学专业人才培养过程中应采取"研、教、学、练、战、思"多元素协同育人模式,只有弄清这一创新模式的基本内涵和存在的问题,探索清楚这一模式努力的方向,才能有效增强治安学专业人才培养的能力。

Training of actual combat talents of public security program is the efforts made by police academies in teaching reform to meet the needs of social development. Realization of the objevtive calls for adoptation of collaborative talent training model of research-teaching-learning-practice-combat-reflection. Clear understanding of the basic connotations of the innovation mode and the existing problems, together with goal the model is striving for contribtes to effective enhancement of the capacity of training public security professional talents.
