创新法学专业双语人才培养模式的构想——以广西民族大学法学专业为例

Fromulation of Bilingual Talent Cultivation Model for Innovation of Law Major: A Case Study of Law Major of Guangxi University for Nationalities

法学专业开展双语教学意义重大:有利于培养复合型涉外法律人才;有利于提升高校法学本科的教学质量;有利于增强法律学子的竞争优势。然而,当前法学双语教学中还存在师资力量匮乏,学生外语底子薄、基础差以及教学管理体制不科学、不规范的问题,可以通过加强师资队伍的建设,为学生提供良好的学习环境和条件以及优化教学管理体制来解决。

Launching of bilingual teaching of law major is of great significance, which is conductive to development of international legal talents, to improvement of the teaching quality of undergraduate course of law in universities, and to enhancement of law major students' competitive advantages. However, the current bilingual teaching of law major still witnesses lack of teaching staff, students' poor basis of foreign languages and unscientific and non-standard teaching management system. Those problems can be approached by strenthening teaching staff construction, providing students with a good learning environment and condition and optimizing teaching management system.
