公安派出所是第三级消防管理工作的主体,其消防工作是公安工作中受职业制和现役制交叉领导的一项工作。梳理当前公安派出所消防监督管理工作存在的问题,完善消防法律制度和消防警力建设,才能从根本上提升公安派出所履行消防监督管理职责的能力,从而深化消防监督管理制度改革。

Public security stations is the third level principal part of fire supervision and management, whose fire control work is under the alternative leadership of active service system and vocational system. Public security stations' fulfillment capacity of fire supervision and management functions is foundamentally improved through sorting out the problems in the present public security stations' fire supervision and management functions, and improving construction of legal system for fire control and fighting forces.
