摘要
通过采用工作敬业心量表及心理资本量表,对广西326名监狱警察进行测查,发现:1监狱警察工作敬业心、奉献及专注因子在性别上均存在显著差异(P<0.05);2监狱警察工作敬业心与心理资本存在显著的正相关(P<0.01);3心理资本的希望及乐观因子对工作敬业心具有显著的预测作用(R?=0.235,P<0.001)。因此,提升希望和乐观水平可有效提升监狱警察工作敬业心水平。
Use is made of job dedication scale and psychological cap scale to examine 326 prison police officers. The result shows:(a). there is signifiicant difference between sexes in the prison police's dedication and concentration(P<0.05);(b). there is prominent positive correlations between the prison police's dedication and psychological capital(P<0.01);(c). there is conspicuous prediction function of expectation and optimism for the police's dedication(R? =0.235,P <0.001). Accordingly, improvement of expectation and optimism levels can effectively enhance the prison police's dedication to work.
