摘要
"O2O"概念的加入,使警务工作突破了传统模式的瓶颈,创新发展成"警务020"工作模式。审视"警务O2O"工作模式,探赜其法治思维的践行路径,建议树立法治警务理念、双向净化警察执法公共环境、维护程序的正义与公开、保障人民群众的切身利益、健全"微"警务信息安全法律规制,以深化法治公安的建设与改革。
The access of 'O2O policing'concept makes it possible for the police service to break through the bottleneck of the traditional model and innovate and develop itself into'O2O policing'model. Reviewing'O2O policing'model and exploring practice approach to its rule-of-law thinking, the article suggests establishment of rule-of-law policing concept, two-way purification of public environment for police law-enforcement,maintenance of procedures' justice and openess, safeguard of the people's vital interests and improvement of the legal regulation for'micro'police information security in an effort to deepen the construction and reform of the rule-of-law public security.
