公安院校忠诚教育隐性课程建设现状与对策探析

A Probe into the Present Situation of Loyalty Education Hidden Curriculum Construction and the Countermeasures in Police Academies

运用问卷调查、实地调查和数理统计等方式对部分公安院校忠诚教育隐性课程建设的现状进行抽样调查研究。从调查数据来看,该课程建设虽取得了初步成效,但还存在一些问题和不足。公安院校在课程体系建设与改革上要引起高度重视,做好整体规划,体现以人为本,突出公安特色,不断提高公安院校思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,增强吸引力和感染力。

Use is made of questionnaire surveys, field investigations and mathematical statistics to conduct sampling investigations on the present construction situation of loyalty education hidden curriculum in some police academies.The survey data shows preliminary success as well as some problems and deficiencies in the curriculum construction.Accordingly, attentions need to be paid to curriculum system construction and reform in police academies, and efforts need to be made to develop people- oriented overall planning, highlight the characteristics of public security, and continuously improve the pertinence and actual effects of ideological and political education in police academies.
