根据调查研究,司法机关禁毒刑诉法适用问题较多,突出表现在管辖规范、立案标准、查处措施和证据适用等环节之中。解决禁毒刑诉法适用问题的对策,在于着眼如何正确适用刑诉法以及有关司法解释和通行的刑诉法理论,并有针对性和侧重性地解决其中的突出问题和难点问题。

The research surveys show that there exist numerous problems with applicability of the Anti-drug criminal procedure law in Guangxi Judicial Organizatons, prominently with jurisdiction norms, legal Standards,investigation measures and evidence applicability and so on. The countermeasures for resolving those problems call for our attentions to right applications of the anti-drug criminal procedure law, judicial interpretations and general criminal procedure law theory. The pominent problems and difficulties also need to be handled pertinently.
