公安信息化建设中的信息异化问题初探

A Dicussion on Information Alienation in the Public Security Information Construction

经过了信息化建设的快速发展期,公安信息化建设进入到了信息的优化与深度应用阶段,信息异化的问题初现端倪。公安信息异化主要体现在对信息的过度崇拜和依赖,信息过量导致的信息超载,以及信息污染等方面。公安信息化建设中,要提高民警的信息处理能力,避免对信息的过度崇拜,消除对信息的非理性依赖。要提高信息化建设水平,避免信息污染,最大限度地减少信息异化对公安工作的不利影响,使公安信息化建设逐步走向成熟。

After the rapid development of information construction, the public security information construction steps into a stage of the optimization and in-depth information application, in which the first signs of information alienation come into sight. The public security information is mainly reflected as excesive worship and dependence on information, information overload caused by excesive information, and information pollution, etc. The public security information construction calls for improvement of the polce's information processing capability, avoiding of excesive worship for information, and elimination of irrational dependence on information. Efforts should also be made to upgrade the level of informatization construction, avoid information pollution, minimise the negative effects of information alienation on the public security work so as to make the public security information construction gradually mature.
