摘要
甘肃省是毒品违法犯罪的"重灾区",青少年涉毒问题日益突出,已严重影响了当地的经济文化发展和社会进步。在系统剖析青少年涉毒的主、客观因素基础上,有针对性地提出预防青少年涉毒的建议和对策,以进一步推动甘肃省毒品预防教育"6·27"工程的深入开展。
Gansu province is the severely afflicted area of drug-related crimes, where the Juvenile drugs involvement becomes increasingly prominent, seriously affecting the local economic and cultural development and social progress.On the basis of systematic analysis of the subjective and objective factors of the juvenile drugs involvement, the article puts forwards some suggestions on prevention of the juvenile drugs involvement with a view to further promoting in-depth development of the'6·27'Program of drug prevention education in Gansu province.
