"二维一体化训练"的警察临战训练模式,是面向实战、创新思维的全新警务训练,其中的表象训练法是针对民警在实训中存在的练不好、训练水平提高慢、容易遗忘以及心理应激造成的紧张和恐惧而无法将所学技能发挥好等问题而设立的。结合心理学技术形成的表象训练法,通过在大脑中不断回顾、重复实战训练的内容,建立这些信息和肌肉的链接,达到在想象中开展警务实战训练的目的,从而提高训练的效率,提升实战的效果。

Policing combat training model of two-dimensional integration training represents the brand new policing training aiming at actual combatting and innovative thinking. Representation training method is developed in allusion to the police's poor performance, small scale improvement of training level, failure to bring the skills learned into good play in actual policing combat training. By combining representation training method developed by sychological technology, the article strives to achieve the objective of carrying out the police actual combat training through repetition of actual combat training contents, and establishment of the link of the information with muscles, which improves training efficiency and actual combat effects.
