广西行政法学研究会2015年学术研讨会围绕"全面推进依法治国背景下的行政法学研究与实践"主题,与会专家、学者立足于广西本土实际情况,针对依法治国背景下行政法尤其是新《行政诉讼法》实施过程中暴露的问题,提出了大量具有建设性的解决意见,深入分析了转型社会的特点、法治政府建设的路径、行政法实施过程中产生问题的原因及解决的方案等。这次研讨会对新时期广西地区的行政法治建设,具有指导意义。

The theme of 2015 Academy Seminar of Guangxi Administrative Law Society is on research and practice of administrative law under the background of comprehensive promotion of law-based management of the state. The professors and scholars paticipating in the seminar put forward many constructive opinions, on the basis of the local practical situations in Guangxi, to solve the problems in implementation of administrative law, especially the new 'Administrative Procedure Law' under the background of comprehensive promotion of law-based management of the state, and make in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the transformed society, the approaches for construction of the rule-by-law governments, and the causes for the problems in implementation of administrative law.The seminar is greatly instructive for the new era administrative law construction in Guangxi.
