升级版中国—东盟自贸区的建设及其助推中国和东盟创造未来新的"钻石十年",必将使中国—东盟自贸区内的物流业获得巨大的发展空间,相关的立法协作机制也愈发凸显出完善的必要性。在厘清中国—东盟自贸区物流业发展与合作立法协作机制的涵义、特征与构建价值之后,针对其存在的不足,可以考虑从立法主体协作机制、立法内容协作机制、立法程序协作机制等层面予以完善。

China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA) will surely gain tremendous development spaces as a result of the updated version of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA) construction, along with its promotion of China-ASEAN creation of the next 'Diamond Decade', and improvement of relevant legislation coordination mechanism becomes increasingly essential. It is suggested that clarification be made of the connotation, characteristics and development values of China-ASEAN logistics industry development and cooperation legislation coordination mechanism, followed by efforts made on improvement of legislation subject coordination mechanism, legislation content coordination mechanism and legislative procedures coordination mechanism.
