摘要
公安院校《刑法学》课程对接公安实战,是矫正刑法教义学与公安实战现实需要间"错位"的需要,能够舒缓公安刑事司法实践对刑法教义学的"背反情绪",最大限度地释放"智库"潜能以满足公安实战对教义学"授人以渔"的期待。刑法知识转型的成果与公安实战积累的典型、疑难案例是公安院校《刑法学》课程对接公安刑事司法实践的有力保障。公安院校《刑法学》课程对接公安实战应秉持"实务着眼——理论整合——体系建构——绩效观测"的进路。
