信息化侦查课程教学改革研究——以新疆警察学院为例

Research on Informationized Criminal Investigation Teaching Reform:A Case Study of Xinjiang Police Academy

在全球信息化的大背景下,公安民警利用信息化手段侦破案件趋于常态化、技能化。新疆警察学院作为新升公安本科院校,信息化侦查课程存在教学内容更新较慢、实训与实战脱节、教师队伍素质偏低等问题。新疆警察学院应从转变教学理念、丰富实训教学和加强教师人才培养等方面进行改革,以适应公安本科教学及公安实践工作的需求。

In the context of global info rmation, the police's information means for investigating cases tend to be normalized and technically skilled. Xinjiang Police Academy is a newly-upgraded undergraduate police academy with its informationized criminal investigation course confronted with slow teaching content updates, divorce between practical training and practical operations and poor teaching staff's quality. Accordingly, Xinjiang Police Academy is expected to transform the teaching concept, diversify the practical teaching and strengthen the cultivation of teaching staff in an effort to adapt to the need of the teaching and the public security practices in undergraduate police academies.
