机械工业中应用胶粘剂的展望

The recent development of adhesive and its application in mechanical industry

本文介绍国内外胶粘剂的品种、产量及用途,同时预测2000年胶粘剂的新发展。在国外已发展了四个新型胶粘剂,如改性丙烯酸酯(包括第二代,第三代丙烯酸酯,厌氧胶和氰基丙烯酸酯等),热熔胶,高性能胶粘剂(环氧胶和聚氨酯胶等)以及水剂胶粘剂。此外,在高温下使用的磷酸盐、硼酸盐、硅酸盐等无机胶。文中指出我国在胶粘刺和胶接技术与国外先进水平比较尚有差距,从而,可以指导我们对胶粘剂学科及其技术的改进。最后列举某些胶粘剂在机械工业中的应用实例及其经济效益。

Since adhesive has many advantages, it becomes increasingly an necessary material and its technique becomes a new joining tcchnicology in mechanical industry.The outline of adhesive about its types, productions, and ueages both at home and abroad, such as America, Japan, Germany, England,etc. is described in this paper.In addition, the development of adhesive in near future (A.D 2000) is estimated.Four types of new adhesives have been developed in the world. These are modified Acrylic Adhesives (S.G. Acrylate, T.G. Acrylate, Anaerobic Adhesives and Cyaneacrylic Adhesive), Hot melt adhesives, High Performance Adhesives (Epoxy Adhesive, Polyurethane Adhesive etc.)and Waterbase Adhesives, on the other hand, inorganic adhesive such as phosphate, silicate, and borate are used in high temperature environment.In this paper, the other points out that the adhesive and its technique in our country are backward as compared with that of the advanced foreign countries. Some instructions are given to improve our adhesive science and technology. Some examples of applications are illustrated.
