四种新模具钢机械性能的对比分析

Comparison and analysis of the mechanical properties of four new kind die steels

本文分析了新模具钢65Cr4W3Mo2VNb、5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl、6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV和7Cr7Mo3V2Si钢的合金化特点,介绍了这四种钢的压缩、弯曲、冲击、硬度、断裂韧性和疲劳等机械性能试验结果,并观察分析了断口形貌,从而对四种钢的机械性能得到较全面的了解。

After a brief review of the alloying features of these new types of die steel——65Cr4W3Mo2VNb, 5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl, 6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV and 7Cr7Mo3V2Si, this paper presents the mechanical properties such as compress, winding, shock, hardness, toughness and fatigue of these four types of die steel on the alike test conditions. SEM studies of tho fracture surface of these four types of die steel have also been observed.
