摘要
研究了不同冷凝工艺及不同后续热处理制度下GH37合金激光表面熔凝处理后的疲劳性能及显微组织与断口特征。结果表明,其疲劳寿命可保持在原始材料水平。此工艺可用于同类合金喷气发动机涡轮叶片的修复。
The fatigue properties and microsturctures and fracture surfaces after the surface treatment by laser melting solidifying under the conditions of different laser radiation and different subsequent heat treatment have been investigated. The results show that the fatigue life may be retained in the level of original alloy. The technology may be used to repair the turbine blades of jet engine made of same alloy.
