摘要
本文对35CrMo钢在γ区和(γ+α)两相区循环加热处理和常规调质处理后进行了室温~-196℃低温机械性能的试验研究。探索了循环加热处理改善35CrMo钢低温拉伸和冲击性能的可能性;讨论了循环次数、原始组织状态和回火温度对35CrMo钢低温机械性能的影响;以及研究了较佳的循环热处理工艺。
Cyclic heat treatment of 35CrMo steel in γ range and (γ+a) range was used to investigate the possibility for improving its cryogenic tensile and impact properties at different temperature (from room temperature to -196℃). It was discussed the effect of cycle-index on cryogenic mechanical properties and the better cyclic heat treatment process was presented.
