摘要 介绍了各类过渡族离子掺杂尖晶石微晶玻璃的制备方法,概述了各类过渡族离子掺杂尖晶石微晶玻璃的光学性能及其研究进展,重点分析了该类材料的可饱和吸收、近红外宽带发光和可见发光等性能,并指出改进制备工艺、提高掺杂过渡族离子在晶相中的比例、调控晶相与玻璃相的折射率匹配减少光散射作用等将是过渡族离子掺杂尖晶石微晶玻璃未来研究的主要方向。 The preparation methods of spinel glass ceramics doped with transition metal ions are introduced, and the optical properties of different kinds of transition metal ions doping spinel glass ceramics and their research development are summarized.The saturable absorption,the visible and near-infrared photoluminescence properties are analyzed in detailed.It is predicted that the future research of the spinel glass ceramics will be focused on the improvement of the preparation process,the increase of the proportion of the transition metal ions in the crystalline phase,the reduce of the scattering by adjusting the refracting index match of the crystalline and the glass phase,and so on.
