摘要 根据SA508-III钢的物理力学性能参数,基于大型有限元软件ABAQUS进行了圆柱壳在高温度梯度下的热-结构耦合分析,获得了沿壁厚的温度场分布及应力场分布;在此基础上结合随温度变化的蠕变性能参数,进行了圆柱壳的蠕变分析,得到了蠕变后沿壁厚的应力、应变分布。结果表明:由于温差梯度高,沿壁厚的应力可分为3个区域,两侧均已屈服,而中间为弹性区;发生蠕变后,蠕变应变迅速提高并达到稳定,应力松弛再分布,并在器壁中间弹性区出现一定的突变。 The thermal-structure couple analysis of cylinder under high temperature gradient was carried out by ABAQUS finite element code based on the physical and mechanical properties of SA508-III steel to obtain the temperature and stress distribution along the thickness. Making use of the creep parameters varied with temperature,the creep process of cylinder was analyzed.The creep strain and stress distributions along the thickness were predicted.The results show that because of the high temperature gradient,the stress distributions along the thickness can be divided into three regions;the middle region trend to be elastic region and the others are plastic region.The creep strain increases quickly and reaches the steady state since the creep occurs.The stress is relaxed and redistributed.A certain mutation appears in the elastic region of the cylinder.
