摘要
采用铜模吸铸法制备出直径3mm的块体(Zr0.55Al0.10Ni0.05Cu0.30)100-xMnx(x=0,2,4,6)金属玻璃试样,研究了锰的添加对Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10块体金属玻璃的非晶形成能力、热稳定性、力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明:添加适量的锰能降低Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10合金的热稳定性和非晶形成能力;当x=4时,合金过冷液相区ΔTx为61K,约化玻璃转变温度Trg为0.58,参数γ为0.40;锰的适量添加有利于提高锆基块体金属玻璃的抗压强度,当x=4时,合金的抗压强度提高到1 817MPa,而塑性无明显改善。
The alloy rods in 3mm diameter of(Zr0.55Al0.10Ni0.05Cu0.30)100-xMnx(x=0,2,4,6)were prepared by copper mold with suction casting method.Effects of Mn addition on the thermal stability,glass forming ability, mechanical properties and microstructure of Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10 bulk metallic glass were investigated.Results show that appropriate Mn addition can decrease the thermal stability and glass forming ability of the alloys.The bulk metallic glass with x=4exhibited a supercooled liquid regionΔTxof 61K,reduced glass transition temperature Trgof 0.58 and parameterγof 0.40.Appropriate Mn addition also can enhance the compressive strength to 1 817MPa for the bulk metallic glass with x=4,but has no obvious improvement in compressive plasticity.
