摘要 采用正交试验法,对TC4钛合金的线性摩擦焊工艺进行研究,通过对焊缝横截面的观察,分析了焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响规律。结果表明:线性摩擦焊的焊缝在宏观上可分为"X"型、"I"型和"V"型;摩擦压力对焊缝成形的影响最大,其次为频率和振幅;在其它条件相同的情况下,振幅减小使焊缝区变窄,同时会降低焊缝塑性金属的流动性,焊缝成形较差;当摩擦压力增幅小于振幅的增幅时,有利于得到成形较好的焊缝;频率增大时匹配大振幅虽能使热输入升高,但热损失也较大,不利于得到成形良好的焊缝。 The process of linear friction welding for TC4 titanium alloy was studied by orthogonal experiment.The effects of process parameters on the weld formation were analyzed through observation of the morphology of weld cross section.The results show that the macroscopic morphology of linear friction welds could be divided into the 'X'-type, 'I'-type and 'V'-type.Friction pressure has the greatest effect on weld formation followed by frequency and amplitude.Under the same other conditions,the reduction of amplitude makes the weld area narrow,and reduces the fluidity of plastic weld metal;when the increase in friction pressure is less than the increase in the frequency,it is helpful to acquire a better weld;although increasing frequency with large amplitude enhances the heat input,but the heat loss is big,which is harmful to obtain a weld of good quality.
