Microstructure and Friction and Wear Properties of Nanocrystalline (Mo_(1-x)Cr_x)Si_2 Coatings

摘要 采用双阴极等离子溅射技术在TC4合金表面成功制备了四种不同铬含量的纳米晶(Mo1-xCrx)Si2(x=0,0.09,0.18,0.27)涂层,研究了涂层的组织、与基体的结合力以及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:(Mo1-xCrx)Si2涂层的组织均匀、致密,与基体结合紧密;随着铬含量增加,纳米晶涂层的硬度、弹性模量均增加,摩擦因数和磨损率均降低。 Four kinds of nanocrystalline(Mo1-xCrx)Si2(x=0,0.09,0.18,0.27)coatings were prepared on TC4 alloy surface by a double cathode plasma sputtering technique,and the microstructure,binding force with the substrate and friction and wear properties of the coatings were investigated.The results show that the coatings exhibited homogeneous and dense microstructure and good binding force with the substrate.The harness and elastic modulus of the coatings were all increased with increasing Cr addition,but the friction coefficient and wear rate all reduced.
