摘要
主要阐述了近年来国内外对碳纳米管(CNTs)进行短切处理的物理法(球磨法和超声波粉碎法)、化学法(液相氧化法和固相氧化法)以及联合法(电子诱导切割法、球磨液相氧化切割法和多步控制法)的研究进展;重点针对各种短切方法的基本原理作了简明的解释和比较,并对其今后的研究方向进行了展望。
The research progress on the methods of cutting carbon nanotubes(CNTs)at home and abroad was mainly elaborated,and the methods included physical methods(ball grinding method and ultrasonic degradation method),chemical methods(liquid-phase oxidation method and solid-phase oxidation method)and combined methods(electronic induction cutting method,ball grinding and liquid-phase oxidation of cutting method and multistep control method).The basic mechanism of the various methods are explained briefly and compared,and the research indirections needed to do in the future are also prospected.
