摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪等研究了Al-0.8Mg-1.0S-0.8Cu-0.3Mn-0.5Fe-0.15Zr合金板材在加工过程中及T6热处理后的组织变化。结果表明:热轧时,随着变形量的增大,晶粒越来越细密扁平,再结晶晶粒明显增多;冷轧后粗大的第二相完全破碎,析出相主要为Mg2Si、Al9Fe0.84Mn2.16Si、Al8Fe2Si、AlCu及Al3Zr相;经T6热处理后的合金晶粒细小,接近等轴状,与冷轧后组织相比,析出相种类变化不大,仅多了AlCuMgSi相。
The microstructure of Al-0.8Mg-1.0Si-0.8Cu-0.3Mn-0.5Fe-0.15 Zr alloy sheets during processing and after T6 heat treatment were studied by optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis.The results indicate that with the increase of deformation,the grains became more and more small and flat during hot rolling.Meanwhile,the quantity of recrystallized grains increased significantly.After cold rolling the coarse second phases fragmented,and the precipitations mainly existing in alloy sheet were Mg2 Si,Al9Fe0.84Mn2.16 Si,Al8Fe2Si,AlCu and Al3 Zr.After T6 heat treatment,grains in the alloy were refined and close to equiaxed,and the precipitation phase sorts did not change except AlCuMgSi phase in comparion with the alloy after cool rolling.
