玻璃纤维表面能及其与不同树脂体系的润湿特性 被引量:4

摘要 采用基于Wilhelmy吊片原理的动态润湿新方法,结合热力学OWRK原理,计算了不同玻璃纤维表面自由能及其极性分量和色散分量,测试了玻璃纤维与不同树脂的接触角,分析了玻璃纤维-树脂体系润湿匹配性能。结果表明:六种玻璃纤维表面能大小依次为EY、EYT、JY、TYM、ERY、ECY;玻璃纤维与CYD128环氧树脂接触角较大,润湿性较差,与760E环氧树脂接触角较小,润湿性较好;相对于同一种树脂,ERY、EY、EYT玻璃纤维与其表现出较好的润湿性,而TYM、ECY、JY玻璃纤维表现出较差的润湿性。 Using a new dynamic wetting method based on Wilhelmy plate principle combining with thermodynamic OWRK principle,the surface free energy and its polar component and dispersion component of different kinds of glass fiber were calculated,and the contact angles between glass fiber and resin were measured to analyze the matching performance of wetting for the glass fiber and resin systems.The results show that the surface energy order of glass fibers from high to low was EY,YET,JY,TYM,ERY,ECY.The contact angles between the glass fibers and CYD128 epoxy were relatively large,showing apoor wettability.However,the the contact angles between the glass fibers and 760 Eepoxy were relatively small,indicating agood wettability.For the same kind of resin,ERY,EY and EYT exhibited good wettability;but TYM,ECY and JY exhibited poor wettability.
