摘要
以板状刚玉颗粒、电熔白刚玉粉、纯铝酸钙水泥、氧化铝微粉、分析纯CaCO3等为原料制备了刚玉浇注料,研究了CaCO3加入量和烧结温度对烧结后刚玉浇注料常温性能、物相组成及显微结构的影响。结果表明:随烧结温度的升高和CaCO3加入量的增多,浇注料中CA6生成量增多,且其晶粒逐渐长大呈板片状结构,产生体积膨胀,导致烧结后浇注料的显气孔率和线变化率升高,抗弯强度和耐压强度降低。
Corundum Castables were prepared using tabular corundum particles,white corundum fines by electric smelting,cement of pure calcium aluminate,ultrafine alumina,CaCO3 powders as raw materials.Effects of CaCO3 powders addition and sintering temperature on the physical properties,phase composition and microstructure of sintered corundum castables were investigated.The results show that when CaCO3 addition amount increased and sintering temperature rose,the production of CA6 whose grains grew up with a plate-like structure increased,generating volume expansion followed by the increase of apparent porosity and linear change rate,and the decrease of bending strength and crushing strength.
