摘要
激光引信用脉冲半导体激光器驱动电路要求驱动电流大、脉冲窄,减小回路等效电感是设计的关键。选择电磁对称性器件、器件的对称分布、多个器件并联使用可以有效降低电路回路的等效电感。实验结果表明,驱动电路脉冲电流前沿可达1.9ns,幅度50A,脉宽7ns,频率5kHz。该研究为快速大电流设计电路提供了参考。
Pulse semiconductor laser drive circuit for laser fuze needs high current,narrow pulse width.The key is how to reduce equivalent inductance of circuit.The circuit equivalent inductance is reduced by selecting electromagnetic symmetry components,components symmetry placement and using many parallel connection components.Experimental results show that 1.9ns rise time pulse,50 Acurrent altitude,7ns pulse witdh,5kHz frequency drive circuit is obtained.This research provides a reference for the design of high speed big current circuit.
