Integrating Sphere Design Built-In LED Calibration Light Source

摘要 为了适应野外环境下的积分球操作,简化配件的使用和减少使用过程中误差的引入,利用LED的长时间发光均匀稳定特性,将LED作为定标光源内置于积分球中,设计了一种可便携式的自定标积分球。在验证LED稳定性的基础上,配合老化筛选装置,为定标光源选择最合适的LED器件,系统采用恒流源驱动,保证了积分球的长寿耐用。展示了积分球机械装配图,列出器件在积分球体上的安装位置,并进行了模型400~800nm光谱波段试定标,其线性度达99.994%,球体设计直径500mm,开口直径100mm,总开口比约为6%,重量约为18kg。建成之后将方便进行野外环境的实用工程。 In order to adapt to the integrating sphere operation under field environment,simplify the use of accessories,and reduce the error in the process of using,by using the long time emission uniform and stable characteristics of LED,aportable self calibration integrating sphere is designed,in which the LED is settled as a calibration source.Based on the verification of LED stability,with the aging screening device,the most suitable LED device is selected for light source calibration.The constant current source is adopted as the system driver to ensure the long life and durability of the integrating sphere.The mechanical assembly drawings of the integral sphere and the device installation location are shown.The model of 400~800nm spectral test calibration is done with the linearity 99.994%,the diameter 500 mm,opening diameter 100 mm,and the total opening ratio 6%,the weight 18 kg.It will facilitate the practical engineering field environment.
