窗口玻璃裂纹对光伏器件响应特性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Window Glass Crack on Response Characteristics of Photovoltaic Devices

摘要 为了研究光电对抗形成的窗口玻璃裂纹对光伏器件光电响应的影响,模拟了对抗激光辐射窗口玻璃一段时间后的温度分布和裂纹分布,计算出窗口玻璃的透过率,并求解裂纹光伏器件此后在正常工作时的响应值。分析结果表明:裂纹形成后,光伏器件在工作时的开路电压和短路电流较无裂纹时都出现降低,开路电压下降约9.5 mV,短路电流下降约15.6mA,短路电流下降较为明显。此外,对于裂纹光伏器件,若信号光的波长从1 064 nm上升到1 319 nm,开路电压和短路电流升高,开路电压上升约7.8 mV,短路电流上升约8.5 mA,短路电流上升较为明显。由此可见,光电对抗形成的裂纹和形成裂纹后信号光的波长变化,对短路电流的影响大于开路电压。 In order to research the effects of the window glass crack on the response when optoelectronic countermeasure took place,the temperature and crack distribution radiated by the laser for a period of time is simulated,and then the transmittance of window glass is got.The response value of cracked photovoltaic devices under normal operation is calculated.The analysis results show that when the crack is formed and the power of signal is 0.1 W,the open circuit voltage and short circuit current decrease.The open circuit voltage decreases about 9.5 mV,the short circuit current decreases about 155.8 mA,so the short circuit current decreases obviously.In addition,for the cracked photovoltaic devices,if the wavelength of signal rises from 1 064 nm to 1 319 nm,the open circuit voltage and short circuit current increase,and the open circuit voltage increases about 7.8 mV,the short circuit current increases about 85.2 mA.Therefore the short circuit current increases obviously.Thus the form of crack and change of wave length have effects on response,especially the short circuit current.
