体育保健专业游泳课程教学现状分析及对策研究

摘要 运用问卷调查和访谈等方法,对兰州文理学院体育保健专业游泳教学现状进行了分析.结果表明,游泳教学时数相对偏少、教学内容比较浅显、教学评价相对单一等因素是影响游泳教学目标实现的主要原因.本文就完善具有体育保健专业特色游泳课程的教学改革方案提出建议.以期为推动体育保健专业游泳课程建设,全面提升体育保健专业学生综合素质能力提供理论指导. Using the method of questionnaire and interview,swimming teaching situation of sports health spciality in Lanzhou University of Arts and Science was analyzed.The results show that the swimming teaching hours is relatively less,teaching content is obvious,teaching evaluation is relatively single,it was the main reason of influenc swimming teaching goal.In this paper,teaching reform plan of swimming lesson for sports health spciality was proposed.In order to promote the construction of swimming lessons of sports health spciality,it may provide theoretical guidance for improving sports health spciality students' comprehensive quality and ability.
