摘要
介绍了利用三菱公司FX2N系列PLC对液体储油箱的自动控制,阐述了整个油箱系统的组成,液体油位的显示,进油与出油的控制,缺油与漏油报警.在控制系统的控制要求下,确定了PLC的输入输出端口分配、硬件接线,梯形图的设计并进行联机调试.
In this paper,the automatic control of liquid storage tank was disscused by using mitsubishi FX2Nseries PLC,the composition of the whole tank system,the display of liquid oil level,the control of oil in and oil out,the alarm according to lack of oil and oil leakage was expounded.With the requirements of control system,distribution of input and output port in the PLC,hardware wiring and designs of the ladder diagram and debugged them on-line was determined.
