不同产地的百合生理生化特性比较

Comparison on physiology and biochemistry of Lily from different places

以东方百合杂种系的伯尼尼(Bernini)、元帅(Acapulco)和亚洲百合杂种系的普瑞特(Prato)百合种球为材料,从蛋白质含量、还原性糖含量、铵态氮和硝态氮含量、硝酸还原酶和淀粉酶活性、氨基酸含量等多个方面对不同产地的三个品种的百合种球进行比较研究.结果表明:国产的三品种百合种球中蛋白质、还原性糖含量和硝酸还原酶、淀粉酶活性均低于进口品种,氨基酸种类及含量均低于进口品种;而铵态氮、硝态氮含量则均高于进口品种.

Bernini and Acapulco of Oriental Lily hybrids and Prato of Asiatic Lily hybrids were used as the experimental material.A comparative study on physiology and biochemistry of Lily Bulb from different places was made,protein content,reducing sugars content,ammonium nitrogen content,nitrate nitrogen content,nitrate reductase activity(NRA)and amylase activity of three varieties Lily Bulb was determined.The results showed that protein content,the content of reducing sugars,NRA,amylase activity,the kinds of amino acid and the content of amino acid in domestic Lily Bulb are lower than that of the import varieties,but ammonium nitrogen content,nitrate nitrogen content in domestic Lily Bulb are higher than that of the import varieties.
