从16届亚运会跆拳道比赛看跆拳道技战术发展趋势

Study on Development Trend of Taekwondo Tactical From the16th Asian Games of Taekwondo Competition

为研究新规则背景下使用电子护具对跆拳道比赛技战术的影响及其发展趋势,以16届亚运会跆拳道决赛阶段比赛为研究对象,采用现场观摩与录像观察等方法与北京奥运会、11届全运会跆拳道比赛进行对比研究.结果表明,新规则和电子护具使用下跆拳道运动员在比赛中使用技术和得分技术均呈现多样化趋势,表明全面技术训练的重要性.比赛节奏加快,激烈程度加强,难度技术使用增多,对运动员体能素质提出了更高的要求.对犯规判罚加强,增加了合理利用规则的必要性.

To research the influence and developing trend of using electric equipment upon taekwondo under the background of the new rules,in this paper,taekwondo finals of the 16 th Asian games was taken as research object,and a comparative study with Beijing Olympic Games and the 11 th national Games was made,using the methods of literature,live and video observation.The results show that both the using skills and scoring skills are diversified,which indicates the significance of comprehensive technical training.The faster rhythm,more intensity and higher difficulty technology put forward higher requirement for athletes' physical quality.The more serious penalty has increased the necessity of reasonable using rule.
