“齐云社”自治特征对城区草根毽球的启示

Inspiration on Autonomous Characteristics of“Qiyun Society”Community for Grassroots Shuttlecook

通过访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对"齐云社"与"草根毽球"彼此间相关的自治理论予以论证,以武汉市青山区"草根毽球"参与群体为调查对象进行分析.认为"齐云社"与"草根毽球"两个相距百年的民间体育组织在不同的时代背景有着各自特点鲜明相似的自治特征.在对武汉市青山区"草根毽球"参与群体的人员、动机、组织、设施的现状进行调查分析后,以"齐云社"自我教育、自我管理与服务的自治特征为参照,为城区"草根毽球"的自治化发展提供积极的启示和建议.

Using methods of interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,autonomy of'Qiyun Community'and'grassroots Shuttlecock'were demonstrated,'grassroots Shuttlecock'participating groups in Qingshan District were surveyed.'Qiyun community'and'grassroots Shuttlecock'have two hundred years apartas folk sports organizations,at different times have their own distinct characteristics and similar backgrounds of autonomous features.After analysing personnel of'grassroots Shuttlecock'participating groups in Qingshan district,motivation,organization and facilities,'Qiyun Community'autonomous charateristiss of self-education,self-management and service was used as a reference,expect to give positive inspiration and advice for autonomous development of grassroots shuttlecock in urban area.
