多面孔系的特点是孔系分布在不同表面,表面结构较复杂,加工条件难易不同,孔系非EQS分布,且互相有位置关系.在小批量生产中,提高生产效率的方法主要在于缩短其定位安装时间,进行连续加工,因此设计一种结构简单、定位准确、成本低廉的定位模板是该孔系加工的关键.虽然定位模板表面看似简单,但需要构思巧妙,而且在制造中必须保证其定位误差不会影响孔系的位置精度.

The characteristics of multi holes on many faces is that hole series distribute in different surface,surface structure is complicated,levels of processing conditions are different,hole series are non-uniform distribution and they have a position relationship between each other.In the small batch production,to shorten installation time and continuous processing is the main method of improving the production efficiency,so the key of holes processing is that we should design a location template of simple construction,well-positioned and low cost.Although the positioning template seems easy,it needs well-thinking and ensures thinking has no effect on the accuracy of position.
