白酒酿造用踩窖装置系统设计

摘要 通过对白酒酿造用踩窖装置工作流程和控制要求的分析,构建了以欧姆龙可编程控制器CS1W-MCH71和NS12-TS01B-V2触摸屏为核心,手动与自动一体的踩窖装置控制系统,实现了装置入窖定位和踩窖的白酒酿造踩窖工序自动化生产,大大提高了踩窖的自动化水平和生产效率。 Workflow and control requir ents of liquor-making cellar compaction working device were analyzed. A control system of liquor-making cellar compaction working was constructed. The system focused on manual and automation integration. Omron PLC CS1W-MCH71 and NS12-TS01B-V2 touch screen were used as the core of the system.Automated production processes of enter cellar positioning device and liquor-making wine cellar compaction working device were realized. Level of automation and productivity of cellar compaction working were improved significant.
