探讨了铸造用水洗砂、擦洗砂及浮选砂的加工原理及加工工艺流程,得出在生产实践中对于不同的天然硅砂如何选用特定的工艺流程来达到铸造厂家所需要的性能要求。各地区铸造厂和硅砂加工企业可依此并结合当地的硅砂资源情况和铸件工艺要求选择适合的砂源,合理的加工工艺,从而达到降低生产成本,提高资源的利用效益的目的。

This paper discusses the processing principle and processing technology of washing sand,scrubbing sand and flotation sand for casting,obtain the method that how to choose the specific technical process for different natural silica sand to achieve the required performance of casting factory in practical production. Regional foundries and silica sand processing enterprises could choose the suitable source and the reasonable processing technology combining with local resources of silica sand and casting process requirement according to the conclusion,and it finally makes that the cost of production is expected to fall and the efficiency of resource utilization is improved.
