摘要
水下采油树油管悬挂装置安装于水下采油树本体中,是悬挂井下油管,并连接油管和水下采油树出油管线的重要通道。水下油管悬挂装置通过耐高压环空密封件来密封环形间隙空间,主要包括两种形式:金属密封形式及非金属密封形式。为了进一步提升和改善水下油管悬挂装置非金属环空密封件的性能,针对其结构及力学模型进行了深入的研究,总结出了非金属环空密封的优化方法,并通过有限元分析手段进行了验证。
Subsea tubing hanger is an important component of Subsea Christmas Tree,used to hold tubings down hole and connect production pipe of Christmas tree,sealing the space between Christmas body. The annular seal of subsea tubing hanger include metal seal and non metal seal.In order to improve the performance of non metal seal,this research take deep analysis on it's Structural mechanics model,get the methods to improve the performance of non metal seal,and verified through experiment.
